30-year Celebration

On October 23-24, 2019 at The Adora Convention Center, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnamese Assemblies of God church (VAG) happily celebrated its 30th anniversary.

Also on this occassion, the Church was honored to receive the decision to recognize the VAG religious organization signed by the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs and Dr. Bui Thanh Ha, Deputy head of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (CRA).

From 2009 to 2019, AGTH has trained 150 students and sent them to serve in different VAG districts by the grace of God – who calls and sustains those He calls to His Mission. AGTH also gives a great emphasis on updating and innovating educational content and quality in its mission of preparing men and women of God.

In the next 10 years, AGTH aims to Seek the Lord for harvest workers, Educate and Equip them in the way of God, support them before and after Releasing them into the field in Vietnam and beyond.

The time in AGTH I had been euipped with biblical truths especially the truth concerning the Holy Spirit – the Helper and Companion of my life and ministry. During my study I had had such beautiful memories with collegues and instructors who share my calling and burden for the Mission of Jesus. May God continue blessing AGTH in the mission of preparing and empowering people of God.
