CREDIT DEFINITION AND GRADE POLICIES

A 3-credit course equals:

  • 24 hours of classroom instruction and 36 hours outside of class
  • 270 pages (A5) of reading

Grading is done on the basis of GPA given to each course. If GPA is from 3.8 to 4.0, it means the students pass courses easily. If GPA is from 3.2 to 3.8, it means the students complete courses well. If GPA is from 2.5 to 3.0 it means the students have some easy courses and some dificult courses.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Complete 74 credits of the CD7 OR 126 credits of CN4 Curriculum.
  2. Complete Internship requirements
  3. Maintain good reputation within and outside the community of faith
  4. Commit to service in a VAG’s local church after graduation

GRANTING DEGREE/DIPLOMA/CERTIFICATE

The Degree/Diploma/Certificate is granted by New Covenant International University and Theological Seminary (NCI, www.newcovenant.edu) in Florida, of which history dates back to 1978.

Currently, AGTH is working to partner with Global University (GU, www.globaluniversity.edu) in Springfield, Missouri – an Assemblies of God university known for their rich 20 year-experience in global and cross-cultural Christian training – to launch the VAG-GU’s Bachelor program in Vietnamese and English.
